If you miss any of the instructions, here they are:

First vignette: Left shift to swing arms left, right shift to swing arms right. Keep your stain hidden under your purse, safe from the prying eyes of passers-by.

Second vignette: Drag the tampon to change the angle. While holding down on the mouse, press space to push the tampon in.

Third vignette: Get the water running first, then drag the stain under the tap. Let go. Now hold down the cursor over the stain and rapidly tap "Backspace" and "Delete" in order to clean the stain. Not for Mac users, I'm afraid - I will change those buttons for you soon.
