Instar

(Inspired by the Famicase cartridge cover "Galaxy Garden" by Michael Schillingburg)

I knew I wanted to make something with a beetle grub eating fruit/planets, but unfortunately I didn't have a lot of time, and never quite settled on an idea for the gameplay. I had fun with mesh deformation and custom shaders, though, so it wasn't all bad!

And you can play it! It's like a grub simulator. You can crawl around! And eat fruit! ... And that's it. Hopefully I'll think of something to use it for in the future.
