Invector TPC + Free Dynamic Parkour

Added the free dynamic parkour system in Invector TPC.  I made a few changes with the Parkour scripts so it would work with Invector. Feel free to compare the changes with the original scripts in think link.

Instructions

1) Import Invector TPC

2) Update the Layers and Physics

3) Import Cinemachine

4) Import the Free Parkour Package

5) Documentation on how to set up environment in the parkour manual

Note : Requires Invector TPC (Paid) - I'm using 2.5.7 here.
