it's dangerous to stay down

A/LEFT_ARROW: walk to the left

D/RIGHT_ARROW: walk to the right

SPACE_BAR: jump

ENTER: pause and exit menu

objetive:

get the highest score possible by get coins, killing enemies and up to the highest level.

the timer indicates when the level up.
