Jacqueline "Jay" Walker, thrill-seeker extraordinaire, has the mysterious ability to stop time whenever she stands still. She loves to flaunt the law, and does so... by jaywalking. Today, she tackles her greatest challenge yet: Megahighway 99.

Crossing the street sounds real easy with time-stopping powers, right? Think again! Traffic may start out smooth, but soon turns to rush hour. Good thing Jay's power lets her weave between cars in ways average pedestrians can only dream of.
