Based on the Swedish Xmas classic, Sagan om Karl-Bertil Jonssons julafton, Julafton Karl is a mockery of of a boy who steals Christmas gifts from the wealthy (taking about as much care as a child would) and giving them to the poor like his hero, Robin Hood.
