Parrot Shooting Frenzy

Where the jungle is abundant, local tribes have one great desire: parrot feathers. A FPS mini game in development where you shoot parrots (cubes) with blow darts collecting points, and their famous feathers. 

This has been developed from JungleBirdShooter prototype which I created previously.

Controls

 -Left click to shoot dart

New features

-New UI screens including main menu and final score.

-UI elements where created within Adobe Fresco and Photoshop and imported to Unity

- In-game timer for starting and stopping game with observer gaming pattern using events.

- Improved parrot spawning system that automatically creates and destroys parrots after certain time depending on species.

-Parrot spawning increases in randomly determined waves where multiple parrots may appear.

Future development plans

- Fix and implement object pooling mechanism to control number of darts available.

- create parrot characters and create animation.

- Add accessibility setting such as changing target colour and size to enable better visibility for red-green colour blindness.
