About

What path will you choose when your world is under siege? In Karnage Chronicles you play a Murkwraith on a mission to defeat enemies of the lands and restore order onto the world, in a high fantasy epic where good and evil are mere shades of the same color. Where you come from, and what is your purpose, are questions you'll need to uncover to shape your future.ACTIVE DEVELOPMENTThe current version of Karnage Chronicles averages between 2 to 4 hours of gameplay. This includes a region with three play areas, each with their own unique monsters and boss encounters. During Early Access we'll expand the content, increasing the overall playtime well beyond 10+ hours.RPG IN THE MOLDThe current version of game features RPG elements such as coin drops, treasures, consumables, destructibles, as well as weapon & armor upgrades. The RPG update was our first major update after the game released in Early Access, and we'll continue to improve on the experience until full release of the game.HACK AND SLASHFighting in Karnage Chronicles requires quick thinking and fast reflexes. Dodge, strafe, block, and deflect incoming attacks, use your ranged weapons with precision, and swing your blades as you would in real life. In this game, you cannot tickle your enemies to death!FREEDOM OF MOVEMENTKarnage Chronicles supports three types of movement: Free locomotion (Onward-style), teleportation, and a combination of both. We also support old-school HMD-tracked locomotion.ENRICHING STORYWho are you, where do you come from, and what is your purpose? Karnage Chronicles has more to offer than slaying enemies. Discover the truth about your past to shape your destiny in the future.UNIQUE MONSTERSEach region in the game will feature several unique monsters and boss encounters, some featuring new twists on old tropes. We have a Vulture Bear!UNIQUE CLASSESFind the play style that works best for you! Wreak karnage upon your enemies as a Warrior or an Archer, both equipped with a unique set of close combat and long ranged weapons catered to the class's strengths and weaknesses. During Early Access we also aim to add Mage and Cleric to the mix.

Early Access Review Karnage Chronicles VR, had in the Steam Store in the Recommendations. Youtube Videos watched and I have to say it looked really Interesting. Now that it was also on Offer was bought and loaded fix. Karnage Chronicles VR looks really horny in VR, cool atmosphere, beautiful Colors and a very cool Setting. The Gameplay is really outstanding, Movements are absolutely coherent. The "Enemies" let a certain Intelligence be seen through. Although not Highly intelligent, we know that. What I complain a bit: Playable Are just two Characters, the Kieger and the Assassin. Both are not Customizable. Only later purchased upgrades through In-game currency will you get a slightly different Look of the Items. but!!! Only the Warrior is ready to play, because he has a Shield, which the Assassin does not have (he has 2 small sword knife for it). Because even with the first little boss opponent, you have no Chance as an Assassin, on Easy. The flying "Mosquitoes" shoot Poison and are difficult to hit with the Bow and can hardly be reached with the Sword as they often fly very high. The boss opponent, a Greif cow llama (hust) Mixture also always spews poison at the Player. So without not creating the Warrior's Shield (in the Game the red Char). Here is the Recommendation to the Developers to improve. What do the Player use to an insane 2 Classes, of which only one is playable anyway??? Otherwise, clear Recommendation for all VR nerds. The Game looks very horny in the HTC VIVE. There is no more Talk Of VR children's shoes. Addendum 30.06.2017: Now I tried this again today, this time of course as a Warrior. But, pretty much the same Result as before. Again we meet our old Friend the Greif cow llama and his Mosquito Yardist. Again, we don't stand a Chance. Folks I am 33 Years old and not a Hundred, but even on easy just not to create. The Degree of difficulty is exactly noticeable? What I also found is the partially unique Hit (Swords-/crossbow) did not cause any Damage. I hit the Enemy with the Sword 5 times on the Skull ... Nothing happens???? Similarly, I have found that Progress is not saved. Well that Karnage Chronicles is an Alpha Version, I have the Hope that it will be even more appreciated. Because then this Game probably has a Chance as well.

Early Access Review I was honestly, very reserved and didn't know if I should buy it. 1. I am not a Fan of Games that do not offer > full < German support (i.e. Voiceover and Texts). Let alone games that don't offer one at all. Here's a Tip for Nordic Trolls;). I think especially in Germany, where we are very spoiled by the Syncronization of Films, you need a German Version for a broad Market, but I digress ^^. 2. I Have not had any good Experiences with Early Access and usually avoid such Titles. But Because Christmas was Christmas and I wanted to treat myself to something for the Vive, I made the Attempt and really did not regret it! -Best Graphic Until now, it's the Dungeon Game with the best Graphics. The Comic Style fits and looks plastic. -Great Gameplay Starting with a Little Thing that makes a huge Difference to me. On the Floor in the Middle of the Play area is a Symbol. So You can always see without the Grid in the game where the Middle Of your own Play area is and that's totally awesome, because that bothered me Immensely with other Titles, because I always needed the Grid to get myself back in the Middle. Then fighting just feels good. Admittedly, aiming with the Bow is a bit In need of Getting used to At the Beginning, but once you get it out, it's awesome. The Opponents don't just stop tumb, but dodge and do Maneuvers. Even though I think it's great that they don't storm off right away when I ^^ the first Shot. I found The Degree Of difficulty, just right at the moment. I find Easy, as a Demanding, so I shouldn't get any harder, but I just played for the first time. So Fits. -Everything a Dungeoncrawler needs I'm excited to see what else is to come. There Are Vases to smash the Coins leave free and drive the Golgifiers to get rid of a Shop to get rid of them again. Bees, Spiders, and much more to mess with. -An Experience Whether Role player or Not, that's exactly what the Vive paid off for and everyone who has VR can dive into a Virtual World here. Whether you admire the vast Caves or the strange Fauna, or bravely face the Enemy in Combat. What was I terrified when I met the first Spider ... And what did I constantly look around hecktish afterwards ^^. All right, a Spider Phobic Might get Problems there ... Or never has any again. All in all for me so far one of the best VR Games on the Market by a wide Margin. Exactly what I wanted, with one small Exception-that's still in German and I'm floating in the seventh VR Heaven.
