Kendo Warriors minigame

• Click on the question mark icon to access the tutorial and the opening/strike cheatsheet.

• Choose a strike with the WASD/arrow keys (see tutorial).

• To pause/unpause the game, press Esc/P.

This is a minigame concept for a bigger, kendo-themed game. Minigames would serve as a break from the main gameplay loop where characters could improve their stats. 

Here, the teacher creates openings that the student must take. The opening window and the interval between openings decrease over time.

Chaining successful strikes increases the combo counter. Successful strikes fill the stat bar by 1 * (combo multiplier). Filling the stat bar would increase the minigame's corresponding player stat and unlock new challenges (more minigames, harder minigame levels, special events...).
