I - KTBG: the original single-player puzzle game
II - Gangs of Bad Guys: the new multi-player mode

I - KTBG

Does everyone deserve a second chance? Can crimes ever be forgotten? Hiding behind the mask of the average man on the street, and furtively blending into the background, many war criminals, ex-Mafia members and other criminals have been literally getting away with murder, or worse. That is, until you turned up to ruin the party. As part of a secret and mysterious society whose members have sworn to rid the world of these Bad Guys, it’s your responsibility to make sure justice is served in the bloodiest possible way, using your unpredictability to your advantage.

Track the Bad Guys, be brutal and smart in your planning, and eliminate them one by one. But bear this in mind: each criminal’s death has to look like an accident. In each level, you’ll have the chance to splatter and destroy the Bad Guy using various weapons and traps. It’s up to you to make sure he ends up in the wrong place at the right time.

In this ingenious puzzle game in which physics plays an essential role, you’ll need to keep a cool head and your wits about you. Show no mercy as you set out to kill the Bad Guy!

“Until your mission is accomplished we don’t exist. If you fail, you’ll be the only person at fault, and we’ll deny ever knowing you.”

Features
TRACK YOUR TARGET in 60 levels, each one more original than the last, and unlock 6 completely off-the-wall bonus levels.
USE YOUR IMAGINATION as you take out the criminals one by one. Find the opportune moment to act, and make it as bloody as you can!
BECOME THE AMBASSADOR OF DEATH and make full use of all the different traps available. Sabotage vehicles, transform daily objects into deadly weapons, or combine different elements in order to create new ones.
WORK IN THE SHADOWS. Don’t draw attention to yourself. Cameras, pedestrians, cops and the Bad Guys’ bodyguards mustn’t suspect you. No one should ever doubt that these deaths are anything but unfortunate accidents.
TRY, TRY AND TRY AGAIN as you take advantage of the game’s replay feature. Get the top score, fulfil the secondary objectives, find new ways to kill each Bad Guy, and work on your murder skills.
SOCIAL SHARING. Show off your killing prowess and achievements to your friends, and prove that you are the world’s top justice seeker.

II - Gangs of Bad Guys

Kill The Bad Guy reviews and comments

Puzzle-game with sleek graphics inviting us to plan and creatively realize the murders of bad guys. Indeed, we embody a killer in the service of a secret organization that hunts and murders criminals unpunished in a very personal view of Justice. Gameplay to organize each assassination, after a brief presentation of our target, we can observe his usual path and imagine how to use elements of the décor available to make up our act in unfortunate accident. For example, a crushing kill can be done by sabering a car or by causing the fall of a piano. The success of secondary goals and other optional successes can achieve a higher or lower score. I liked the artistic direction that opts for minimalist graphics and for the monochrome environment that has the advantage of highlighting the essentials: the target, the elements of the décor with which one can interact and of course the puddles of blood. The concept in itself to invent a method for murder by resorting to elements of the environment, to quickly organize and to coordinate well our different actions. Some situations allow several variants by combining different means available. I didn't like the hope of being able to actually show creativity to eliminate the targets is quickly disappointed. There is very little freedom and the possibilities remain very limited. The lack of maneuverability and a very inconvenient camera. A humor I'm not sensitive to. The customization of the targets: either we have too much info or not enough! Compared to the minimalist visuals and the fact that a Hitman does not necessarily need to know the details of the identity of his victim, the small presentation card is useless and one could very well just shoot a silhouette perfectly anonymous (if the rest of the gameplay ensured the execution part). And in relation to the fact that we are very fast in the missions which prove to be excessively repetitive, it would have been nice if we could differentiate our successive victims and their universe. The very questionable concept of the secret organization that allows to make justice by murdering individuals under the pretext of protecting society, even if one tries awkwardly to compensate with vain attempts of humor shifted. In short the game was very disappointing while I was convinced that I was going to love it because the concept seemed promising to me. The experience is repetitive, does not represent enough challenge at the level of reflection to perform the executions and above all is not fun at all. I played only a dozen levels before giving up and I did not touch the multi mode but it is really a title that I do not recommend, all the more at full price. In the little game genre but more tactical, I preferred largely Hitman GO, for example.
