The customers in Kitchen Quest are very strict and resent every little thing. If a meal arrives even 1 second too late, the customer is already gone. If a meal doesn't meet their expectations, this will be felt in the rating, sometimes more harshly and sometimes less harshly. But remember that not every customer is that strict. Some sign everything, some just don't come back.

To develop your restaurant, you can invite a total of 7 different restaurant critics. If the restaurant critics like your food, they will show you their favourite recipes, which you can then sell yourself
