Knight Block

A small LCD handheld-inspired game about parrying an Evil Knight.

You can press onscreen buttons or on a keyboard:

1: Start/Reset Game
2: Pause
3: Mute/Unmute Bleep and Bloops
4: Turn Off Game
A/D: Move Left/Right
E: Parry
Spacebar: Riposte
C: Toggle Closeup View (Resets Game)

Duel the immortal Evil Knight and score as many hits as possible before being defeated.
Line up your hero with the Evil Knight and wait for an incoming attack to parry.
Successfully time the parry, and the Evil Knight will briefly be stunned. Then you can counter-attack to score a point.
Failing a parry means the Evil Knight can hit your hero with a mace. Take three hits and the game ends.
Also, unlike your hero, the Evil Knight doesn't need to align to attack because of magic or something.
The immortal Evil Knight cannot be defeated -- also because of magic. The game goes on until you lose or become bored.
