I recommend to switch to CRT mode as it does emulate the actual true experience for majority of games and art of system and displays de best. I have used VICE for many years, and in the 80s I was lucky enough to have a very crisp RGB TV/Monitor that CRT still represents (and if you can adjust - all the butter). But still, I've come to the conclusion that CRT is the only way to go, and it's just unnatural otherwise."
