Game done in 12 hours during the Nokia 3310 Jam 3

Rules:

You are a hacker who works with thieves. You have to switch surveillance cameras ON/OFF to let the thieves walk without be found.
If a camera is still ON when a thief appear on it, you get caught.
If a camera stays OFF too much time without any thief, it's fishy and you get caught.

In each level you first have to identify where are the cameras.

Controls: 

• 0: Switch current camera ON/OFF
• *: Show Map
• 1-9: Show camera (number of cameras depends on level)
