Laser Kids

This game was made for the Brakeys 2022.2 game-jam (game-jam theme "you're not alone)

====IMPORTANT!====

This game is meant to be played as 2 players, so if you are actually alone this game IS playable its just a bit harder, but if you do have another friend who can play with you remotely you both need to download the application "Parsec" to play together REMOTELY (or any other app like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc..).

In addition this isn't the final version and missing crucial gameplay mechanics and will be added after the jam. 

The game is about 2 kids who's stuck in a puzzle and they need to escape through teamwork and cooperation.

The main mechanic is to fire the laser to the targets to unlock the next step of the game.

The game isn't fully finished and will be after the game-jam is over!

General controls:

Player One (The Boy on the left):

WASD to move.

Q & E to turn right or left.

Holding Left CTRL will show the way the laser will go.

Releasing the CTRL button will fire the laser

Player Two (The Girl on the right):

IJKL to move.

U & O to turn right or left.

Holding Left CTRL will show the way the laser will go.

Releasing the CTRL button will fire the laser

Falling down from the map will reset the map.
