LD50 - Delivery Danmaku

A witch is performing deliveries, but there's chaotic magic about! They can only fly for a short time, how many packages can you deliver?

Known Bugs:

1) When you game over, a lot of the objects from the level stick around, partially because some are created on the same frame as the game over. ChangeScene seems to not do what I think it does.

2) There's a chance if there's no enemies on screen, no new enemies will spawn. I tried to get all the edge cases, but I may have missed some.

3) The game is random and limited in wave patterns, I ran out of time. So scoring is a bit up to luck.
