Leap of Faith
About
What is Leap Of Faith?
In Leap Of Faith, you control Icarus, a green frog. In the game Icarus has access to a multitude of skills and abilities that he can use to Ascend and reach the cockpit of the Leap V Rocket!
Skills in order of difficulty :
Jumping - Your standard Frog stuff, nothing too crazy.
Climbing - Icarus can scale any surface that isn't a Room Wall.
Backflipping - Icarus can do a mighty leap backwards for maximum air. (Rad!)
Grappling - Icarus can stick his Tongue out and pull himself to any surface that isn't a Room Wall that it hits!
Are there Levels?
In Leap Of Faith your main objective is to go up. Get higher. Ascend. If you fall that's on you. There are no levels in the traditional sense. However, there are multiple "Tiers" you can reach and they act as checkpoints of sorts.
Are there side objectives?
There many collectable items that Icarus can find during the game, some of those are obtained through exploring and getting higher, some are unlocked through eating a lot of flies... and some are obtained other ways.
Are there any Save Points?
The game saves what items you have collected, and how many flies you currently have. Important information like your best height and game preferences are also saved.
The game does not save where Icarus was located the last time you played, so if you want to reach the end in one go you better clear your schedule.
Are there skins for your frog?
I'll do you one better, if you manage to beat the game as the green frog Icarus, you get to play as some of his friends, each of which have unique abilities and quirks.
