Letter Quest: Grimm's Journey Remastered reviews

Product received for free I mostly played basic letter quest, and I got the remastered for free. The only negative thing is that I have not kept my successes; I lacked only one (the Bandit or the bacon, I do not know anymore). But I wasn't playing for success. The game is fast, better than a success or a Solitaire. I learned a lot of words, optimization is pleasant. I really had a good time on it, to the point that I reinstalled it to start again. :D

I play on Linux. Linux version: excellent. The game a game of letters, with some elements of RPG. Grimm and rose will break the mouths of the wicked ghosts who are on the way to the pizzeria, with big shots of the longest possible words in their face. They should have thought of ordering, it's still pretty much simpler. The story mode offers 40 levels, including 10 "boss" levels, each level with 3 additional challenges: timed mode, medium mode offering specificity on the whole level, and hard mode, with different specificity on each Monster. The specifics range from "take double damage to words with three vowels" to "take no damage if the word contains the letter K". There are quite a few different, and following them is essential for victory. RPG level is basic: we collect crystals in the levels, and we can use them for different upgrades: life, armor, different faux that give lifesteal or Dodge,... These upgrades will be useful in advancing in the game, the monsters doing more and more damage. The game is only in English. I'm far from having a lot of vocabulary, but I could finish the game without a problem. I have been constantly on the Y which is considered a vowel in French but not in English that said...-_-the game gives the definition of each word we use, it's interesting:). Note that Grimm and his girlfriend don't seem to know any big words. Other than that, they seem to know the DICO well! Replayability, achievements endless mode offers a consequent challenge. The letters being random, and the properties of the monsters too, each part will be different. At the level of the achievements, none is difficult, you will have the vast majority just by finishing the story mode, and playing a little in endless mode. In short an excellent game of letters. It has this little taste of "just one last part" that makes it very time consuming...:). GNU/Linux the Linux version is excellent, I have not encountered any problems. OS: Linux Mint 18.3 x64, MATE Edition. Hardware: I7 7700K OC @ 5Ghz, NVIDIA 1080GTX, 32GB RAM. Screens: Dualscreen, 1x 4K & 1x 1920x1200, single screen X.
