- The game follows the story of King Thanatos, a beloved ruler of a thriving kingdom. However, his trusted advisors and closest friends betrayed him, framing him for a crime he did not commit and dethroning him.
Thanatos was burned on a stake by the people of his kingdom, and on his dying breath, he cried to the people he once loved that he would take revenge on the ones who betrayed him. People thought Thanathos was dead, but alas! Thanatos’ consciousness and hatred materialized into a dark apparition resurrecting him and turning him into a necromancer which allowed him to wield dark and malicious powers. He sets out on a quest for revenge, gathering a team of undead followers and using his cunning and strategic mind to outwit those who betrayed him.
