Lifeline: Emergency Response

Welcome to Lifeline: Emergency Response. 

Back before mobile phones and the internet, one of the most important jobs was that of a Switchboard Operator. This person was responsible for connecting people to other people, via the switchboard.

With Lifeline: Emergency Response, now YOU have the chance to experience a chaotic shift as a switchboard operator. It's your responsibility to take incoming calls from distressed citizens, and find an appropriate emergency department to dispatch to the emergency location.

Your aim is to beat the clock and score points by successfully dispatching emergency services. 

• Answer every phone call
• Take note of the emergency service required
• Look at your city map and find where the caller is calling from
• Find the nearest suitable emergency service
• Use the emergency services reference page to find the number
• Patch a cable to the callers number (eg, A9)
• Patch another cable to the nearest suitable emergency department number
• Score points
• Avert disasters
