Log&Island

Log & Island is a short game where you play as a Wood Log living on an island.

The island is alive just like you and you both live in symbiosis.

The island will make trees (among other things) grow in its garden, which grows seeds that you take and give to the island. In exchange, the island provides you with energy.

After a severe storm, the garden is wrecked and bad plants are ruining the trees. You have to survive 60 days for the island to be completely healed and able to control the chaos.

Log & Island is a short survival game with a bit of managing features since you have to balance removing bad plants and tending to the trees/island.

Game made for the GMTK 2021 with the theme "Joined together".
