The Ministry of Licenses - 2035

What really matters in this world is that the correct form has been filled out, stamped and filed in the appropriate filing cabinet. It's another sluggish day in the office for disgruntled civil servant John Smith, it's the only way he can earn government credits and hopefully increase his social score higher than one. 

Unfortunately for John, this wasn't the regulation day in the office he was expecting. Whispers through the corridors speak of a malevolent force in the form of Government Head Chef,  Gordain Roomsey.
