Big thankyou to everyone who got in contact to report bugs and make suggestions!

Changelist:

- Leaderboards! Become the Richest Golden Lord by competing on the new leaderboard. Whoever has the most Gold Turds at any one time will become the Richest Golden Lord

- Upgrade maximums have increased to 100

- Acolyte Power now maxes at 50 Gold Turds and the price multiplier has been reduced

- Prestige description (hopefully) makes more sense

- + minor bug fixes
