Lost Grimoires: Stolen Kingdom

This Hidden Object Game plays similar to Enigmatis 3 and Grim Legends 3: It places greater Emphasis on its Story, classic Hidden Object Scenes are rare, but there are often other Puzzles. The Puzzles are mostly light, but there are also three where you have to nibble (1. Turn Gears so that everyone is in the right position, bring 2nd Ball past Spinning Gears to the Finish line, and 3. The last Alchemy puzzle). The Protagonist is proficient in Alchemy. Again and again she finds new Recipes, E.g. sleep Aids. The Tear Buoyant basically works like putting Together items, but you have to solve a Sliding Puzzle to Brew. The Playing Time is about 2.3-3h. On the Negative side, I would like to say that there are a few small Text Errors in the Dialogues. A few Dialogues are not set to music; They may not have been implemented properly. With a Hidden Object Scene, where you have to assemble something, you don't see the Parts you still need well. In fact, in a few Parts they hardly differ from those already found. And the Protagonist is set to music again by the same Woman. If the Heroine has the same Voice in every Game, it costs atmosphere at some point, because the Hero Figure seems arbitrary. Overall, though, a round Game.

I have the habit of playing with this type of games and this brand, and there really disappointed!!! lack of originality, basic Enigma, history BOF... If you are used to playing this type of games, go your way, you will finish it very quickly so there is a lack of imagination in the puzzles. This game is made for children 8/10 years old the others will quickly find themselves in trouble!!!

The Graphics are beautifully colorful, but we are still used to something else by artifex mundi. In the individual Interludes one felt like in Childhood again, where the Figures are moved up and down the doll stage with Cardboard signs, so not as in The Way possible techniques are accessed in computer age. The Music is annoying. The Mini-games were very easy to solve. What we also didn't like, that the Cat Figures, for example, were given Horns, where one is reminded of the Hell lord. So, we're not going to buy this Game, even at the cheap Price. The Test Match also didn't give us the Fun Factor we were used to from artifex

And I obviously changed my mind. Reason? I showed and did try the game at different people, and also heard their opinions. I Think my past from "Hardcore Gamer" peeps from time to time, prompting me to look with an eye (too!) critical. However, we are in the average of the titles Artifex Mundi (average high enough!), probably wrong to expect more and more. Graphics and sound OK, interesting storyline (you are a beautiful alchemist who returns to the native country, finding a mad King, discontented and oppressed people, the streets full of Golems, and a mysterious individual named Kestrel who seems to want to dethrone the sovereign. The only one that seems quiet is your uncle who is happy to see you), HOG screens and puzzles a bit ' easy (apart from two or three more villains). Scattered in the various (beautiful!) location, there are some extra items to collect, the "Birds of Kestrel" (mah!).
