Mad Sun

The controls are simple.  Press "B" on your keyboard and then use the left mouse button to target the buttons.  Putting the game in full screen allows you to actually see the buttons spawning.

You have one choice, do you go for the good button... or do you dare take it to the darker side of things and click the bad button?  Only time will tell, but careful!
