Magic Technology reviews

Magic Technology a Tower Defense Game from Volcano Forge. A Game I was really looking forward to. The Trailers looked good, the Description was appealing and I haven't had a TD Game in my Fingers for a long time ... But then came the evil awakening. But since the Game Cured out its Teething problems, I am very satisfied. Gameplay Typical There is a Point from which monsters run off And a Point they are not allowed to reach. The way there are precarded And so are the Building sites for the Towers. Of these, there are 10 different ones, all with different Characteristics, so some Towers are better against fast Opponent group, others against slow Single Opponents, etc. Each Tower can also be upgraded 3 times. For this, of course, you need Gold, which you get when you kill Enemies. Each Opponent gives 1 Gold, which I find unfavorable. It would be Better in my Eyes for stronger Enemies to get more Gold as well. What I also do not like so much is the Setting of the Towers. They can be told to attack the weakest, strongest, etc. Monster. However, they lose this Attitude if you improve it. So If you don't think about this tower alsheimer, they attack opponents indiscriminately again. In addition to the Towers, there are also 3 Abilities with which to intervene in the Fight. In some cases, however, they have to be targeted very precisely. In Particular, lightning has a very small Range of Effects. In addition to the normal "Campaign," which by the way has no significant Story, there is also the "Tournament" Mode. In this one attack a 30 Waves and the Goal is to fight them as quickly as possible. The Difference with the Campaign is mainly that the Waves are generated randomly. So both which Monsters are in it and which of the 3 possible Paths take the individual Waves. This makes it much harder to prepare for the coming one. What I particularly like is the Level of difficulty of the Game. This one is finally demanding. With many TD Games, you can even massage through It in a difficult way. Magic Technology punishes you even on Normal if you are not attentive and place and upgrade your Towers well wisely. From the 2nd Chapter it even gets really crisp and sometimes levels have to be repeated to create them. A clearer Demarcation of the Difficulty levels from each other would be very nice here, as they seem to show a large Difference apart from different numbers of Lives. Graphics and Sound I think the Graphics are quite successful. The Opponent design is very chic and diverse. The Cards go OK. You can scroll out and in nicely wide, which on the one hand allows a good Overview of the entire Map and on the other hand allows an accurate Placement of the Skills. Unfortunately, the Soundtrack did not succeed so well. There seem to be quite a few Pieces of music that repeat themselves quite quickly and thus become quite annoying. Conclusion For all TD fans in my Eyes must one. The Game is challenging and fun. While it doesn't really make anything new, it uses tried and tested very well. Achive Hunters are also likely to be interested in it, as the Successes are not particularly difficult to get hold of. The currently demanded €7 I personally would not spend personally, but if it is to have in the Sale for a maximum of €5. then you can access here with peace of mind. PS Kudos also to the Developer he takes care of Issues. Shortly after Release, the Game was still unplayable because Opponents were not attacked by Towers. Just a few Hours after the Problem was reported in the Forum, an update was already pushed. Unfortunately, this is not self-evident, and therefore thank you very Much.
