The hour of reckoning is upon the sewer rats, and dawn of their evil scheme is nigh. Except, they need funds. Lots of funds. So take up the crayon, and start forging money! 

Extrapolate from incomplete data, piece together the puzzle, or just go wild, as you do your best to mimic legal tender in order to fool the masses! Will their evil scheme go off without a hitch? Or will the rats be left running from the feds once again?
