Mandibles: Change is Coming is a short Twine game created in an hour by me and my undergraduate thesis advisor, Susan Burgess, professor of political science at Ohio University. In 2015, I finished writing a thesis on democratic communication, gender, indie game development, Gamergate, and the queer games scene, and to celebrate its completion, Prof Burgess and I decided to make a game in the spirit of my research.

This piece of IF is silly and rough and old. The reason I'm uploading it to itch after 4 years is that the philome.la link went dead recently. If you liked this (or especially if you didn't), The Giant Robot Blues is a superior interactive fiction endeavor.
