Mario's Revenge

Story:

Mario's Revenge is a game where Mario's taco gets stolen by Lord Bowser. You have to complete all of the worlds and defeat Lord Bowser to get your taco back.

To deal damage to Bowser, you have to jump on to him  while he is doing his ground attack (when he goes from left to right)
