Market Meltdown

Market Meltdown is a visual novel in which you are tasked with successfully completing a trip to the supermarket as an autistic adult. As you navigate each aisle, the game aims to bring awareness and acceptance to the problem of 'sensory overload' by demonstrating the common day to day struggles that some autistic people face. 

This game was made as part of the Autistic Creative Festival GameJam to celebrate Autism Acceptance Month in April 2022. The festival included a variety of projects including #ASDComicTakeover, #AutisticComicTakeover and #44words which you can all find on Twitter.
