Mars: War Logs reviews

The Game starts with a boring Intro where the Character shown is not even the Player character. Penalty Camps on Mars ... War between two human Factions and ... Yes, nothing more. The first Chapter was still quite moody, but then in the second came the great Boredom. The whole Mars setting is supposed to attract some "Total Recall"-"Ghost of Mars" fans (it worked for me), but apart from The red Color Stitch, some styled Dogs and Zombies ... Yes, of course Mutants, everything seems 08/15 uninteresting There are still so-called Moles, Martian Monsters, which you have seen many times in Movies and Games. It could have been quietly a little more creative. Character development is fine, but everything has already had dozens of times. The whole Gameplay is not interesting. Fighting is still ok, but the so-called Crafting, the inventory, the Loot-itemsystem ... Uninteresting. Minimal Interaction with the Environment and NPCs. A little more it could have been already. Side Quests that really don't intertise Sow and the Main Story has no Martian Flair at all, rather one of those Crunch Flight films from the 80s. If at least they had stuck to Stallone'S "Locked Up ..." The only thing that really stands out in an absolutely positive way is the very good adult English Dubbing, which is very defused in the German Subtitle. 15 Eurons is supposed to cost the Fun, where genre greats like KotOR 1/2 cost just £10. In the Sale for €2-3, however, it is definitely worth a Look for genre fans. My three Euros weren't worth it because I mostly just got bored in the six Hours and then dropped out of the Game. Can't be the Point of the Matter ...

Ssodele, sometimes my Mustard is born ... For a long time I had considered buying the Game, also and because some Reviews turned out negative. But the Scenario I found interesting and at a reasonable Price I thought I was best at that. So said done and n few € uronen pushed off and installed. Well what can I say now, after I have jogged through it in ~ 18h?! I am so reasonably satisfied and also a usefult. Graphically issed, upscale mediocrity, goes like this in terms of sound. Story-technical as well (I had wanted a little more at one or the other POINT, not only work 1-2quests from the very few NPC's and then nix more ...) the transitions from one chapter to the next so appruptive, with 1-2 nice to look at graphics and one voice in the OFF Who works on the one that took place and now follows in 2 -3sets, could have been a little more. From a control point of view (mouse and tastatur) I was pissed off one time or another, how can that be that in this day and age the collision query is so modest. In the "pot surface" without any obvious obstacles, one time or another no longer just turned out and had to walk around an imaginary obstacle * wtf *. Or in a k (r) ampfscene where you can't get away from a hindrance because the camera position is so modest that you are wedged AND bunch LP loses it * hossa *. Another thing: The NPC's, well I'm a bit very spoiled by RPG greats like MassEffect, DragonAge, Skyrim and Co., But here they are really Pale, a lot of potetial was given away. As for leveling up (skilltree) and improving equipment, scho fits. My fazit: For small money (in sale) and if you like something entertaining and also not averse to setting I would access. But you shouldn't approach the Matter with too much Expectation so as not to end up disappointed. Honestly I only bought Mars: WarLogs because I find the Technomancer quite interesting (after I saw in the previews and so) and first wanted to play the predecessor and get my own Picture. I still talkingly recommend, but if one demands a lot of Depth and so, fingers off.
