Nice game, did the story twice. The only inconvinient is that the story is short afther we read the first time and disuade you to play a tird time since you know all the story.the text need a litle working, but its a nice reading and choice game.

Mecha ACE is an original title, since it is based only on text and approximates the interactive novel. I must confess, I was, initially, quite skeptical. The game is actually pretty addictive and I never got bored. The game suffers however from important problems, especially its lifespan (about 2H of play to finish it, then probably about 5h to make it the turn-after it depends on your reading speed). As for the choices offered, they are, in the end, quite limited although they can potentially change the scenario significantly. On the purely literary level, Mecha ACE is not a masterpiece, the script is classic and the style of writing banal, but it has at least the merit of being accessible, clear and dynamic. I recommend Mecha ACE if you like reading, space opera and video games. Try the demo before you buy to avoid disappointment!

What to say about Mecha ACE... I push open doors, full English game, without sound or music, without graphics, that text over and over again. Once this is done... I especially like the stories of Mecha, having a lot of animated on to prove my claims:p also combine a genre that I like to know the series of choice of game with a genre that I like to know the Mecha, so I was quite curious to see what that it would emerge. The story, however basic and very guided, is no less sympathetic, we find ourselves in front of the choices that the heroes of my animated Mecha usually make, there is no problem I feel in known terrain. On the other hand where the bottom hurts is on the choice of game genre, it is on our choices influence the history... but actually not that much. The ends, three good and one bad, are a little slight... a little much even, even very disappointing. From the beginning of the game we are offered to make a big random on the genre of people who can fall in love, so the same character could be a man or a woman following the random made by the game, at first we say it's not silly , that it can make things nice for replayability and thus on the love stories, making the salt of any choice of game. But then again the impact is almost nil. In the end the story is not bad but I find it too bad that the author is not taken advantage of the system of choice of game, with the countless stats that can exist, appear, be taken into account... Etc. I recommend it to you, but not full pot:)
