Mimic Extermination Simulator

This game was made by Team GoodDog during CreateJam 2021 from Friday 26/03 to Sunday 28/03.
The theme was: Other Worlds
The challenge was: Other Lifeforms

The idea evolved into a Hide 'n Seek game in a magically ravaged house that has been infested with tricky mimics. Your job is to find them, bonk them, and put them in a cage.

Controls:

• Mouse - Look around
• Left-Mouse - Bonk
• WASD - Movement
• E - Interact (Pick up stunned mimics / Put in cage)
• Alt + F4 - Quit game

We never got to make an actual win state, but there are 5 mimics in the game that you can catch and cage - enjoy our weird late night level design - it became more surreal than we originally planned.

Our scope became a teeny tiny bit too big, and the gameplay lacks a bit because of it, even though we still think its a fun mechanic. The surreal level is kinda cool and it was fun to make nonetheless.
