This is the description included in the Meditations launcher:

For many years I've had a love/hate relationship with my mirror, and it took me a long time to accept all my imperfections, maybe I was just not "my type". 

But as the years passed I have learned to accept this skin I live in with all its good things and bad things, and the more I was feeling comfortable with my skin, the more I was feeling happy to share my love with someone else.

Bonus: There's a little easter egg if you play more than once.
