Monument Valley reviews

Really short, I had played the first few years ago and, by heart, it seemed to me that it had many more levels and that they were much more complex This second episode visually really interesting but, apart from a couple (in number) of doubts about how to proceed, of a disarming simplicity to connect the dots Ended up one evening 4 stars because it remains something aesthetically poetic in its cubic graphics, its Escher perspectives and with that adorable one-eyed monolith that helps you get on the buttons

This is the first time I buy a game on the appStore, and I am not due. This game is amazing by its graphics and its levels really well thought. What is it fun to play! The price is really low compared to the monstrous work of the developers. Today it is very rare to find a game of this quality. The levels are not necessarily very complex but I am still blocked for 15mn certain moments (and yet I'm normal logic games). There is no help to achieve the levels, it is you to express to find the solution. I will buy the extension, I hope not to be due !!

I finished the 10 levels (too early for my taste), so I bought the Forgotten Shores appendix, to have 8 more levels to enjoy. I have been fascinated by the graphics, which are sophisticated, simple, clean and meagerly scarce. The music is also up to the graphic product. As for the difficulty, it is a constant pulse against the prejudices to which the perception induces us, always encorsetada in the habitual and logical. This game is full of Penrose ladders that sometimes go up and sometimes go down, you're walking upside down or upside down, all depending on the perspective created with a few simple movements ... In short: it's been a while since a game did not excite me so much.

In view of the quality offered by this game, these graphics, its history, these headaches to solve, its minimalism and design, the answer is no one should sell his talent. Some rovers will say it is still paying, expensive, but this game is not worth it to put your hand on the blue card or wallet? I think that if the price of a pack of tobacco, a soda, cif or a fast-food menu today is worth its price, and no matter how much the game costs, if the quality, the price is also justified for me. Amusing hours now playing with this game, I have convinced some who hesitate to buy Monument Valley which is for me a pearl of independent games.
A true masterwork of tone and mood. This isn't just one of the best mobile games, this is one of the best games ever made.
