Motion Potion

Sir Screamsalot is injured and needs help! Fortunately it's only a flesh wound so there's still plenty of time to rescue him.

You are a magical potion. Your goal is to reach Sir Screamsalot in order to save him with your powerful healing properties.
Unfortunately, he's down a hall and up on top of a balcony, and the door leading up to it is closed. Is there still a way to reach him?
