Mutant Snakopede

You are a giant monster snake centipede thing. Eat tanks and people and turrets. Try not to get shot by them. Eat enough humans in the level to fill your "Consume" bar and then head to the exit.

space / (A) button : start game and progress past dialogue screens

WASD / joypad left-stick : move

K / (X) button : burrow or unburrow (you can only burrow in grass)

L / (B) button : eat things

Eating humans gives you some health back. You take more damage getting shot in the head than the tail.
