Muv-Luv reviews

A very pedorra and boring novel that does not go beyond the typical Japanese tropes of "the Neighbor friend of childhood", "we will do secondary" and others that any anime fan can find in 2 seconds, where we meet 5 types of girl in the best style "choose and Our own Waifu "and... It is there where the novel is finished, has its moments funny, romantic and tear. Not going anywhere, the art "meets" but a bit outdated (novel released in the 2000, by the way). That is what I would say if it were not because the franchise "Muv Luv" is a trip that you will not be able to forget in a long time. This part is divided into Muv Luv Extra and Muv Luv Unlimited. The first is quite loose and the worst part of the original trilogy. I would Not say that you go to read it even though its average duration is of 15 hours, but I will join the crowd and say it: LEE MUV LUV EXTRA. Why?. Simple: Context. You will be known as the world where their characters live, interactions and personalities. No more than that but it is a very important part of the canon. You are Not going to lose too much so read to the route that you get to touch or the initial protagonists and nothing else. Although surely at the end of the trilogy you will want to re-read all the routes for things that happened to you above. Tedious, I admit, but necessary. Muv Luv Unlimited is where things take a turn and you get into a completely different world where the human race is literally playing the neck of extraterrestrial invaders called "BETA" who have eliminated almost 80% of the human race. All the things that Takeru (the protagonist) will turn around: the people with whom interact is the same, but in very different social and political contexts, representing the antithesis of Muv Luv Extra: A world where misfortune and death is the order of the day and To try to adapt to survive and look for an answer to why it was sent to another dimension. Although It is Unlimited is much better than Extra, continues to go around the same tropes but with a tone a little more "serious" sometimes and others touching the same idiocy as its first part. It is Not necessarily bad, but considering the scenario post apocalyptic say that the events are taken lightly taking into account the apocalyptic scenario of the novel and its duration is a little longer also, having tense moments and others that lengthen Too much. I'm Not saying it's a "must read" of the trilogy but they're essential gears. No Extra we'd know that lost Takeru to be transported to Unlimited, and without Unlimited we'd know not how important is Extra and especially Muv Luv Alternative (the third installment) where without a doubt is something to talk.
