• 2-4 Player
• Player no longer receive salary on passing GO, instead player receive Income during Income Turn ( around 4 times after player move ) for 50% of all property rent.
• Go are changed to Bank where player can acquire loan with 10% interest and must at most pay 5 Income Turn.
•  No double dice move.
• Once train has been purchase, player may move to other train station if landed again.
• Prison are more punishing instead of late game protection. During jail time, player in jail will not receive any Income during Income Turn and if they have taken bank tank they must pay the installment.
• In jail player must either use get out of jail ticket, pay 50$ fine, or attempt to throw double dice once (if fail must immediately pay 50$ fine).
• Community Chest and Chance card are randomly pick among 14 possible outcome and can be repeated.
• Once property are purchase, player may upgrade the property without owning all other property of same colour.
• Property upgraded will show changes in their building structure.
• Income Tax are change from 200$ to 10% of all property rent.
• Luxury Tax are change from 100$ to Corporate Tax, 20% of all property rent. 
• Player may not mortgage their property.
• Player may not trade their property.
• Once player goes bankrupt , all his owned property will become neutral and can be purchase by other player.
• Choose starting cash from default 1,500$ to 1,500$ loan
