Story Mystic Chronicles: Dawn is the standalone first chapter in the Mystic Chronicles saga, taking place in a gorgeous 8bit JRPG world reminiscent of the glorious past. For aeons, brave adventurers have undergone the dangerous pilgrimage to the capital to restore their village's Sunflame with the holy light of the Sourceflame. This sacred beacon gives light and hope to the people, driving away deadly beasts and ensuring safety and peace.  Now that ever fragile status quo is on the brink of collapse as the light of even the Sourceflame dwindles...  Beasts stir... Once peaceful neighbouring states have taken up arms in a bid for bloody conquest or survival...
