NAIRI: Tower of Shirin reviews and comments

"Nairi: Tower of Shirin" is a point and click focused on a story that may seem "childish" (because of the characters, ducks, dogs and cats...) a little in Japanese style manga sauce for young teens. Nairi is obliged to flee his city and his wealthy neighbourhood in the arrest and imprisonment of his parents and finds himself in the great desert controlled by a gang of cats, then in the poor neighborhood of his hometown. His goal: to find his parents! The game is, above all, a classic style of objects to find and combine, and at times a suite of puzzles to solve, some not always obvious at first glance (especially in the ruins and sanctuary). In addition, the game is part of an important narrative style (some discussions, sometimes a little lengthy) to read because there is no vocalisation. Enjoyable to play, you should know that it will have 3 episodes (episode 1 being very good duration). On the other hand, I had some problems with short cutscenes that have gone hard (maybe due to my video card?). Nairi is recommended if the "animalistic" aspect does not bother you too much knowing that, despite a simple sum all, some passages will put "a little" your brain boiling!!!

Product received for free the story begins in a tower, where we meet our heroine Nairi, asleep by her classes. Awakened by his mediator, he announces that his parents have been captured and imprisoned by the Royal Guard and that she must quickly leave the time, that the problems are solved. So she leaves the country clandestinely, until a gang of bandits stops her convoy and kidnaps her. But we're going to find out they're not bad guys, and they are just trying to survive. Living with them for a little while, it's time for her to go home to help her family. But the road will be long and surprising, because it is only a Messenger of an extinct civilization. Nairi is a simple little dot & click, with some puzzles to solve, but nothing to complicate well on the contrary because the game is very childish. But don't worry, you don't get bored. The small minus still remains the very short life span of the game. And even if we know that a sequel is going to happen. The game is very childish, and the scenery goes with it. But it makes him so cute and original. The artistic direction is wonderful, surrounded by little beasts more cute than the others. We fall very quickly under the spell like great children. In addition, we add to this an adorable and surprising OST, giving us real little chills. To conclude, Nairi and his friends have everything to make us crack. A lovely story, an equally cute artistic direction and a wonderful OST. We really regret the short lifespan, which leaves us on our end. We would have loved to continue the adventure next to this little girl a little silly, but so adorable. The writing is sublime, and we could limit telling this story to our children to put them to sleep. Big or small, you won't be able to resist Nairi. Editor's Note: 7/10-too short a story, but who has the gift of touching us.
