NieR Automata - The Second Earth

Disclaimer: The game is intended to be played with a console controller.

Controls

- Left stick/WASD -> Movement for character 2B
- Right stick /Arrow keys-> Movement for character 9S
- Left trigger/Left shift -> Interaction for character 2B
- Right trigger/Right shift -> Interaction for character 9S

NieR: Automata
The game will play in the time after NieR: Automata. 2B and 9S find a new planet with humans, but these humans are still in medieval times.

Scenario
2B and 9S will be the player characters. 
2B has a virus that turns Androids mad and out of control. 
9S is a hacker who can control the virus. 
While 2B is near 9S, 9S keeps the virus in 2B under control, but when 2B moves too far away from 9S the virus attacks her and she will lose control over time. 
2B will become gradually harder to control as the virus takes over until control is completely lost. 
When 9S gets back in range of 2B, she will slowly calm down again. 

Implemented in-game Mechanics
- 2B loses self-control while out of range of 9S. A range indicator shows what this range is. A bar on the top left of the screen shows the current self-control.
- At 80-1 self-control, 2B starts losing control of movement and twitches around randomly.
- At 0 self-control, 2B can't be controlled anymore.
- The characters can move with the left and right sticks of almost any controller. (2B with left, 9S with right)
- The characters can interact with interactable objects with the left and right trigger. (left trigger 2B, right trigger 9S)
- When interacting with something that includes text, a textbox will pop up. Pressing the interaction button again proceeds the interaction.
- The player can make a choice, which has different consequences.

2B is still infected with the virus that took her over in the main game and with a lack of technology in this new world, only 9S can keep her under control.
