PREMISE
You're a moderator for Cold Truth with Alice Janet on popular streaming site Tremors. Your task is to keep the chat from getting Out Of Control (GMTK 2020's theme) by taking actions against the more unruly chatters.
Keeping the chat clean attracts more viewers, but unnecessary actions will hurt viewership!
