No Hope (QuantumCookie)

The Game

In 'No Hope', you play as an unnamed survivor in a desert trying to fight dehydration and creepy foxes. 

The game was developed for the Dogpit Sim Jam 2020, and the theme was "A Matter of Degree"

How To Play

WASD / Arrow Keys - Movement

E - Interact on prompt

I - Inventory

C - Crafting Menu

Simulation

There is a day-night cycle with dynamic lighting

The environment temperature varies based on the time of day.

The player's core temperature varies in relation to the environmental temperature, while also being affected by the player's hydration level.

The base dehydration rate is added to by the environment temperature, and the player dies due to either dehydration, heatstroke, or frostbite.
