No one but you is a Visual novel that managed to finance itself through a Kickstarter campaign and that seemed to promise some novelties on paper. After quite a few hours of play, I must confess to be a little septic about the overall result despite some good times and some good ideas. Like most games of the genre, no one but you puts us in the skin of a young teenager named Hideaki who returns to his childhood town after some worries in his former school. Inevitably, we will have to make friends and find his soulmate among a whole harem close to falling into our nets more or less fine. We find the usual engine for this kind of simulation with what it implies in various and varied crashes following some choices not tested by the developer and his team of testers. The game happily mixes the Visual novel with the simulation of flirting without having to add micromanagement and talent to develop to interest the Intello or the rebel. None of this in no one but you, you will have to make some strategic choices at certain times in order to tilt the balance between a particular character. We are never in the shelter of surprises following some choices, wanting to flirt with a character, I found myself to end up in the scarmy of my best friend man of his condition; oops the pretty dumpling and thank you for the impromptu achievement. Without getting too far away from the classic stereotypes, no one but you has the merit however to propose an original story with quite a few surprises in some branches with a potential girlfriend slightly cereal kiler. What a great laugh after a few well-felt choices! One can also try to flirt with a kind of girl who seems transparent to our friends ' eyes, strange! No one but you is pretty well done as a whole with a nice character design and some superb backgrounds. Yet everything is not pink in the game, indeed, we find quite ugly decorations with some surprises in the level of supplies and other objects that do not seem finished. The rendering is less homogeneous than expected and it is very difficult not to laugh in front of some funds that are very amateur. The music is pretty decent though boring after a while. We'll end up removing it at the end of the second part! The lifespan is in the average of this kind of games even if one will be tempted to accelerate some already known passages. No one but you still does not have adult content at the time I am talking to you, you will have to wait for a patch to malaria you on the Nymphets with chronic back pain! Another subject of satisfaction, the game has steam cards that are worth the shot and that will amortile your purchase at lower cost! We find the OST as a bonus which is good and bad news for our ears. You will also appreciate the presence of the steam cloud allowing you to play the game away from home so as not to awaken the suspicion of your spouse or your family. No one but you is a sympathetic Visual novel but suffers from too big problems so that I recommend its purchase at the moment. It's up to you to see if the game is worth the effort!
