Professors hidden in a lab  facility are working under the government testing and developing a drug  to create super soldiers

Unfortunately, things don't go as they planned because of a traitor amongst them

Suprisingly the monsters are dormant in the dark and attack wen there is light

To save and protect  themselves they shut down power all over the whole facility
