Oik Memory reviews and comments

Translated by

Oik Memory is a very relaxed Memory Game where levels range from fairly simple to relatively tricky. Follow the luminous Blocks to an electronic Soundtrack. Graphics As known From other Games in the Oik series, here again you sit in front of a Wall of Blocks. The Background changes color depending on the Level. All Blocks are arranged in a grey 2D grid and colour accents are given on the Pitch only as The Player's Marker. Red for the Computer and Blue for the Player. All Shapes and Colors are kept very simple and the Animations are also useful rather than action-packed. Gameplay Unlike the classic Oik series, the Blocks here are not to be cleared. Similar to Hasbro'S 1970s action board game classic "Super Simon," the Blocks begin Flashing more or less randomly and the resulting Pattern is to be repeated by the Player flawlessly in the correct Order. At First there are still four Fields on a small 4x4 grid, but on the one hand the Combinations get longer and the grids bigger until you finally completely say goodbye to the simple rectangular Base Shape of the Grid. The first Levels were really a Breeze, but just the last Quarter can really get out of the Concept in some Places. But don't Worry! If you don't have everything right right right away, the Combination will play again. There is also no Limit to Life or Anything like that. Many of the patterns pictured follow simple logical or geometric Structures, giving the Player at least a slight Support alongside the pure Sport of thought. Scope The Game comes with 50 varied Levels, which of course get longer and longer in time. All together are limited to a Duration of 1-2 Hours, depending on how relaxed you get to the Matter and how much Experience you already have with similar Games. In addition to the Levels, Oik Memory Also offers a wide Catalogue of 500 steady achievements in this Series release, which in addition to the modern Latin alphabet Now also include some Emojis in order to give the profile showcase a bit of a Whistle. All are accessible via the normal Playing of all Levels, this time unfortunately no Easteregg achievements are hidden. The Soundtrack is very relaxed to listen to, but unfortunately only a few Minutes long and after some Time really very redundant. System Requirements The Game starts in Seconds, runs fluidly and makes virtually no Claim to the Device. Can easily even be played on old Laptops. Conclusion Beautiful that the Series has taken a new Direction. Really great to Relax for All memory and Puzzle fans! For its price, as always so low, definitely recommended. A Successor has also already appeared. I hope this Review could help you! Check out our Curator page for more Reviews here! For Review purposes, this Product has been made available free of charge.
