I'm curious as to see the answers in the comment below. 

To give a little background, this patient, aged 43, was a famous physicist diagnosed with Cotard's syndrome- a debilitating neurological disorder in which one thinks they are dead, or parts of them are dead- this can spread to the foetus of a child a mother is carrying.
