Orbit Absorb It

It’s a small world… but it wants to get bigger.

MOVE your small world by clicking the mouse. ACQUIRE MASS by sucking space debris, spacecraft and intergalactic organisms into your gravitational pull. AVOID larger objects until you have acquired enough MASS to absorb them into orbit. 

Made with GameMaker 2 for the 34th GM48 (our first game jam). Sprites and sound made with Piskel, BeepBox and as3sfxr.

Known bugs:

• Best time (high score) counter doesn't function correctly - it actually records your worst time 😂
• It's sometimes possible to get stuck when colliding with other objects (press ESC to quit to the title screen if you can't get unstuck)
• When the game is restarted without exiting, the title music may play instead of the main theme
