Out of the Park Baseball 18 is, in my View, the best Sports Manager in the Gaming Market. Pros:-Lead an MLB franchise from 2017 to infinity through the Future of MLB Baseball-Lead an MLB franchise from 1871 to infinite Through the History of MLB Baseball-All Players who have ever lived or live are original with authentic stats and ratings -All Teams that have ever existed or exist are original-Discover and develop talents and lead them all the way to the Major League-Don, exchange and commit Players-Commit and dismiss Coaches-contract Negotiations with players-Wool You through a sheer Endless Flood of Statistics and make Your Decisions Over-the-top end hell: Almost everything in the Game can be changed and can be adapted to your own Needs. -Create your own Funding Model-Create your own League structure-Create your own playoff system-Create fictional Franchises, fictional Players and fictional Coaches or leave everything original, only the Players should be fictional. -Create your own Fantasy draft, either with current, historical or fictional Players-Change the Rules of the League. No Buck on the 40-Man roster? No problem. -Adjust The Injury frequency of the Players to Your own Needs-Measure the Accuracy of The player ratings by the Talent Sighters or switch everything off and play "Stats only" Games e.g. in 1986 in Which the Statisks are oriented towards 1934- Do You happen to want the Babe Ruth to appear in Your Baseball Universe at some point as a 17-Year-old? No problem. -Do You want this randomly regenerated Franchises to appear in Your Baseball Universe? No problem. Difficulty to tailor to your own skills: If you want it very easy in OOTP18, you can always get 100% accurate Assessments of the Players from your Scouts and choose a Team like the Los Angeles Dodgers over almost infinite Funding feature. Even then, you don't become a champion every Year. If you want to have it more difficult, choose a Team where the budget is tight every Year, e.g. the Tampa Bay Rays, and tries to discover talents there and, via the Draft, to plunder and promote future Superstars in the Hope one Day the Fracnhise to the first Me istership. If you want to have it quite crisp, you switch off all Ratings and make yourself a Scout-director and have to find out how good a Player is, solely by Judging static. At the Latest here, OOTP18 is no longer a Game but a Science. Cons:-3D mode is grotto bad in graphics and a single WIP (Work-in-Progress). The good News is: It's not necessary at all and just an extra Time-eater anyway. Verdict: OOTP18 is a fantastic Baseball Mananger that can't be surpassed in Complexity. Newbies will have enormous Entry Difficulties but whoever has ever found their way around will love this Game and hardly get away from it. There's always something to do and you're constantly facing new Challenges. Especially when your own Stars are getting older and dismantle in their Performances, you are faced with the Decision whether to initiate a Rebuilding or not. The rebuy phase in PARTICULAR is one of the most spectacular Events of all in OOTP. The old Stars are going and new Talent is coming. Can the Signings Lead your own Franchise back to the Title or have one planned yourself and you now sit on ultra-expensive Players who have unfortunately not become Superstars and yearn for the old Days back? OOTP18, hottest Game ever!!!!!
